Jordan was a great blessing to our family during the difficult time and process of losing our Father. He was readily available to assist even on his personal phone to us, often checking on us to see how we were and navigating us completely through the process. The care you offered to us will never be forgotten and you all will forever hold a special place in the hearts of the Anderson Family.

We live out of state and this funeral home came highly recommended. When our loved one passed away we spoke with Jordan almost immediately. Jordan is a treasure. He helped us to plan and make some hard but necessary decisions. He was with us every step of the way. He treated us and our loved one with respect and dignity. Even after our event, he checked on us to make sure we made it home safely. He is family now. He made a difficult situation a lot easier. Thank you so much Jordan. We love you. The Birks family is so grateful for everything that Jordan did to help plan the services for our Mom. He took such great care of all of us and helped to honor Mom in a way that was beautiful and perfect. He went above and beyond working with all of us by making himself available whenever we needed him and shared a powerful message for Mom and her entire family as we laid her to rest. Jordan, and the entire team at Hagarty Waychoff and Grarup, took a very heavy and sad time in our lives and made it easier to navigate. Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do in the Waterloo community.

My mother Sylvia Huffman’s funeral was this past Saturday. It was absolutely beautiful and Jordan and the gentlemen were with us at all times. Every need we had, they were right there to fill from the wake to the burial. We felt so supported and felt the love they feel for each of their families. I can not begin to tell you how much this meant to us. When your life is forever changed, it is so comforting to know that we were supported and taken care of. Thank you. You are all blessed with a servant’s heart!
