Jim “Stuffy” Stoffregen 67, of Harpers Ferry, formerly of Waterloo went to be with our Lord Monday, February 19, at Crossing Rivers Health Care in Prairie Du Chien, Wis. He was born March 9, 1950, in Dubuque the son of William and Mary Stierman Stoffregen.
