Jhon, a native of Waterloo, started in funeral service in 1973 with Parrott & Wood Funeral Home.  He has been a licensed funeral director for 40 years. 

John and his wife, Diane, have two children and three grandchildren.  They are members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 

John is member of the Waterloo Elks, Sunrise Exchange Club, Waterloo Lodge #105 A.F.& A.M., Scottish Rite, El Kahir Shrine, Jesters and a 3rd. and 4th. Degree Knight of Columbus.

Jon joined the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup group in 2016 after retiring from the Black Hawk County Health Department, where he was employed for 30 years.

 

He is a U. S. Navy veteran and a lifetime Waterloo/Cedar Falls resident.

 

Jon and his wife Lori, a retired Realtor, live in Cedar Falls.
